Pin 1 connect to VDD (+) = Retriggerable
Pin 1 connect to VSS (-) = Non-Retriggerable

Tx is LED On timer. 
Factory default is 36 second.

Tx = 40,000 x R2 (Ω) x C1 (F)
   = 40,000 x 180,000 x 5 nF x 10-9
   = 4 x 1.8 x 5
   = 36 second

Ti is inhibit movement after LED Off timer. 
Factory default is 5.8 second.

Ti = 56 x R3 (Ω) x C2 (F)
   = 56 x 2,200,000 x 47 nF x 10-9
   = 5.8 second

Modified

I cut out the blue line and connect Pin 1 to V+ but it short circuit the batteries V+ to Ground. It's possible that there is some track under the IC. So can't config as retriggerable.

Next modified R2 to 475K + 475K in series.

Tx = 40,000 x R2 (Ω) x C1 (F)
   = 40,000 x 950,000 x 5 nF x 10-9
   = 4 x 9.5 x 5
   = 190 second

Next modified R3 to 100K + 2.2M in parallel.

Ti = 56 x R3 (Ω) x C2 (F)
   = 56 x 95,652 x 47 nF x 10-9
   = 0.25 second
