Fixed: Disable WOL but LAN LED still flashing after shutdown PC

How to disable LAN LED flashing after shutdown the PC
1. Disable "Wake On Lan" (WOL) in the BIOS. If it didn't work continue to the next step.
2. Disable "Allow this device to wake the computer" in the ethernet properties. If it didn't work continue to the next step.
3. Disable all "Wake On LAN" in the Advanced tap. If it didn't work continue to the next step.
4. On some mainboard, You need to disable ErP in the BIOS.
In fact, Enable ErP should disable all wake functions but it does ignore/unread WOL settings.
I don't known this is bug from Intel driver or Gigabyte BIOS.
