The modem bandwidth usage monitor utility. For user who always
online internet and would like to keep track of online usage. 
Comes with a nice GUI and bandwidth graph monitor. AntiIdle,
TrayIcon, Play WAV sounds when connected and disconnected,
Copy Client IP to clipboard. Tiny one standalone execute file.
RAS Monitor supports windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP.

Note:

- I am test only on win2000 with one modem.
- Data sent/received can display upto 999 Terabytes.
- Default maximum value in the graph equal to
  ( connection speed bits per sec / 10 ) + 1000 bytes/sec.
- Windows tray icon's tooltip is limited at 128 characters.
  So I can't display more details.
- Update statistic every 1 second.
- To see last online/offline datetime, place mouse above
  last duration time.
- To move Monitor or About windows, just drag the windows.
- Double left click to hide Monitor windows.
- Double left click to close About windows.
- Double left click tray icon to show Main windows.
- Save log data to rasmon.log in the same folder.
- You can change the sounds by replace them.
  rasmon_connect.wav - when connected/online.
  rasmon_disconnect.wav - when disconnected/offline.

We AntiIdle by check the total bytes sent and received
within time interval. If the value less than "AntiIdleBytes"
bytes within "AntiIdleTimer" seconds, it will get request to
"AntiIdleWeb" webpage. So we AntiIdle by download the webpage
when you idle. My ISP kill idle every 5 mins. if the data in
and out less than 80kb. Trial and error with your ISP.

To adjust Max Min values of the Graph, Create and modify
"MaxGraph" and/or "MinGraph" keynames.

To adjust alpha transparent level of Monitor windows,
Create and modify "MonAlpha" keyname.
0 is completely transparent. 255 is normal.
